This high-quality holiday apartment is in a quiet location in the new BeachBay holiday resort on the Priwall in Lübeck Travemünde. The dune villa is located between beach grass and landscaped sand dunes behind the promenade villas.



The modern holiday apartment offers enough space for four people. The bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed and there is a sofa bed in the living area, which can sleep two more people. The kitchenette and dining area are also located here. You can make yourself comfortable in front of the bio-ethanol fireplace. It bathes your holiday apartment in a pleasant light. The two balconies are accessible from either the bedroom or the living area. Here you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine and the fresh Baltic Sea air in the morning.



The holiday apartment also has a modern entertainment system with Blu-Ray player, two flat-screen TVs and a music system with MP3 connection. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos jug and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. There are also playgrounds, a bicycle hire centre, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship for the whole family.



The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

Waterfront

Wie der Name sagt, sehr nah am Wasser, genauer gesagt zum Zentrum der „neuen“ Passathafenanlage. Es ist wirklich alles neu und die Größe der Anlage verliert sich durch die Architektur recht gut. Der von anderen Gästen beschriebene Baubetrieb scheint nicht mehr statt zu finden. Apartments sind ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Bis auf die schwer und dadurch laut schließenden Türen beim Verlassen der Appartements hört man von den Nachbarn fast nichts. Der späte Check-Inn ging über Schlüsseltresor absolut problemlos. Kleine Unannehmlichkeit war, dass Teile des Geschirrs verschmutzt waren, wie auch die Mikrowelle schon „Putzstreifen“ hat. Das ist wohl eher den Vormietern anzulasten. Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Wandhalter rechtwinkelig zum Fußende des Bettes montiert und damit zumindest für eine Person nicht einsehbar. Es gibt für solche Fälle Wandhalter zum schwenken!!! Wäre der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer nicht ebenfalls an der Wand fixiert bzw. hätte er einen Schwenkhalter hätte man auf den FS im Schlafzimmer ganz verzichten können 😉 Das Appartement ist ausreichend groß für 2 Personen. Die möglichen 4 sind nicht zu empfehlen. Wenn das Schlafsofa ausgeklappt wird kommt man vom Schlafzimmer nicht mehr zum Bad. Der Frühstückstisch reicht auch nur für 2 Personen. Dafür hat das Appartment gleich 2 Balkone. Trotz all der Kritik hat das positive überwogen und es hat uns gut gefallen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Aus der Beschreibung geht ja hervor, dass man auf der Baustelle lebt.... Sonst hat alles den Vorstellungen entsprochen
