Dejlig morgenmad og fin pool. Rengøringen var ufleksibel og kunne ikke rigtigt vente med at komme ind om morgenen, selvom det vist var hurtigt gjort at dømme efter resultatet. Dyr parkering. Lidt sølle at der ikke er mulighed for at lave kaffe og te på værelset. Vi havde valgt et superior værelse og havde forventet lidt mere. Der manglede lidt hygge - planter, personlighed.

Hotel wirbt mit Rauchverbot. Habe ein verrauchtes Zimmer bekommen, das noch dazu dringend restauriert gehört. Vielleicht, weil ich kein Frühstück gebucht habe. Der Pool war super. Aber insgesamt für ein Vier Sterne Hotel viel zu wenig!

Lübecks varmaste dag 2022

Härlgt bemötande och bra service. Ett xtra plus att vi fick vårat rumm innan ordinarie inchecknkngstid. Vi kom fram vid 11-tiden, redan då var temp på 25 grader och vi var överhettade i våra MC-ställ. Så att få komma in i ett nedkylt rum och skala av skg kläderna var värt massor.

Les 4 étoiles ne sont pas justifiées

Remontées d'égoûts dans la salle de bain, pas de rideau ou de porte de douche donc innondation du sol. Les serviettes sont systématiquement changées même si on les laisse sur les porte-serviettes (pas écolo). Pas de produits de toilette (mini doses) ni de pantoufles pour un 4 étoiles. Taches sur la moquette. Accueil à améliorer. Parking souterrain hors de prix (16 Eur) et parking extérieur à 400 mètres sans explications, pour sortir il faut un jeton. Très bon petit déjeuner. Restaurant OK mais la hotte ne devait pas fonctionner car fortes odeurs dans la salle et le hall de l'hôtel.

Angenehmes Ambiente, freundliches Personal, schöner Wellnessbereich - was will man mehr? Das Ganze nur ca.15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Ausflüge an die Ostsee sind problemlos machbar. Gern wieder.

駅から歩いて行けるサウナ プール付きホテルでとてもきれいで、快適でした。コロナ禍の為、部屋に電気ポットが置いてありませんが、聞くとすぐに持って来てくれました。チェックインも定時より早めに入れていただけ助かりました。

Fantastisk sted til parweekend

Dejligt hotel i gåafstand til den gamle by i Lübeck. Let at komme til og fra i bil. P-kælder til parkering. Pæne værelser og skøn morgenmadsbuffet. Personalet var kompetente og servicemindede overalt på hotellet.
