The hotel is nice! it's very central and well maintained. the bed was two separate mattresses which was a bit uncomfortable but in general the room was nice! small but bright

Good position close to city

Fine for a short stay. Good position close to the city. Possibility for cheap parking (5€ for 24 hours). Good breakfast. If we go to Lübeck again we Will stay here.

Modern hotel with good value

Nice and modern hotel right next to the railway station. 5 minutes walk from the old town. Cozy room, with comfortable bed. Decent sized bathroom. Overall good value.

Great location

There was no glass or cup in the room, but the front desk let me borrow a substantial cup. I would expect such a hotel to have coffee and tea in the room. The bed with its two padded walls was very comfortable.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are on the small side with a modern and clean vibe. Unfortunately the hotel has no air conditioning and the rooms get really hot. The location of the hotel is right across the street from the central station, very busy and noisy but conveniently located for tourists who want to explore Lübeck‘s old town.

Just stayed over night during a roadtrip. Very nice and clean room, great service at check in and out. Uncomfortable covers in bed, very lumpy. Because we only slept for one night that was fine, just a small minus in a good experience in general!

Great hotel but a noisy neighbourhood.

Everything was great except location. The hotel is just next to the main entrance to the train station which is always noisy, all the night. As the air conditioning doesn't exist (or is well hidden) the window had to be open. I advise to ask for a room to the aother side.

The niu Rig greets you right when you walk out from the main train station. It could not be easier or more convenient, and is quiet on top of it. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The only drawbacks are the hard beds, which I often encounter in less expensive hotels, and the lack of a table at which to sit and a place to put away clothing--again typical of less expensive hotels. I nevertheless recommend it.

The staff was really nice and friendly, and the room was clean and nice. Unfortunately, both the reception as well as the room smelled very burned; in case of the room so much that I could not stay there. I took a walk for an hour and came back, but the room still smelt so much that I had to find a new hotel (Premier Inn) across the street - that turned out to be excellent. Unfortunately, since I booked my stay using Hotels.com, I did not get a refund for the 2 days stay and breakfast; not a good experience.

A nice affordable hotel

Very nice hotel just at the opposite of railway station. Ten minutes to walk to the Old city. The room we had was big and had nice furniture and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very huge, but what we where missing was a shelf or a table to but our toiletries on. Now we had to keep them at the floor. The breakfast was okey for the price.
