Shades of black, grey and white pleasantly intertwine in the design furnishings of URBAN 2, the perfect two-room apartment for a holiday or business stay in Lugano. 



This cosy flat offers an open-plan living room, ideal for moments of relaxation and conviviality. The kitchen, new and fully equipped, is ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals and do not want to give up any comforts.



The table is suitable for lunches and dinners for couples or company.



The living room is furnished with an elegant sofa bed that converts into a comfortable double bed if required.



(Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.)



The double bedroom is spacious with a large wardrobe for storing all your personal belongings.



Finally, there is a modern, marble-style bathroom with a shower and bidet, which is bright and well-kept. As an excellent plus there is also a washing machine.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 



We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.



Smoking is strictly prohibited.

A short distance away you can relax at the Lido di Lugano or visit Parco Ciani, one of the city\'s most beautiful parks, perfect for relaxing walks by the lake.

For transport, the Lugano Centro station provides easy access to public transport, while the Lugano Exhibition Centre offers events and exhibitions.







How to get there:



If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the ‘Lugano Nord’ exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the flat. 



If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus no. 6 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop ‘Lugano, Via Beltramina’ (about 11 minutes).

Walk about 7 minutes (500m) to get to the apartment.
