The balcony studio is ideal for 2 guests. It is located just next door to tons of amenities like restaurants and a supermarket and a pleasant walk from the historic centre of Lugano.

From the sunny balcony of the apartment, guests can enjoy wide and panoramic views over the city, while inside they can unwind in a cosy and fully furnished space equipped with all essential amenities.
