Very tidy and comfortable room and tasty breakfast. The hotel is ideally located near bus services that connect directly to the train station.

The staff were very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was VERY good. The hotel was located very close to the Lugano’s attractions. The hotel needs to provide more fans during hot and humid weather.

Really really enjoyed my time here. This is a very clean, super friendly staffs, nice boutique hotel walking distance to everything: bus station, lake and grocery store. Best highlights were the smooth after-hour self check-in, breakfast (!!!), the 24/7 cappuccino machine small cold drink fridge at the entrance, and spacious balcony in my hotel room!! This stay made my trip really memorable and would absolutely book again next time. 🙏🙏🙏

All went well. A little too much traffic outside but normal for a Saturday night! One neighbour had set a very early alarm clock which woke us up too soon unfortunately. Otherwise very pleasant hotel.

フライトの都合でチェックインの時間よりだいぶ早く到着しましたが、準備ができた部屋があり、チェックインさせてもらえました。とても有り難かったです。スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで優しいです。部屋も十分に広くて綺麗でした。朝食も良かったです。とても居心地の良いホテルでした。

자체 주차장 보유에 5분거리에 바로 호수가 있고 청결하고 서비스도 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고 특히 사장님이 제주도와 부산을 방문했다며 친절하게 대해주신게 무척 인상적이였습니다.

Narrow and limited parking

Room was cold and has no radiator or heater. There are wooden stairs and no elevator. Parking is limited near hotel, but very narrow space. Internet is good. Bathroom is small. Room is quite large. Walls are very thin and you hear all noises from other rooms and hall. Breakfast was good. Bed was unconfortable

Das Hotel wird familiär geführt und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Zimmer waren jeden Tag sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Es liegt in der Nähe des Sees bzw. des Lidos. Wir werden wieder einmal ins Hotel Atlantico gehen.
