"Stayed for 4 nights on part of a long gal pal trip to France & Italy. This place was simple extraordinary . Starting each day with a breakfast that had every imaginable food options to suit your style. No lunch needed after feasting in style. Happy hour could not have been better, the cocktails were a work of art, as were the complimentary appetizers! Each day we thought we would try some other restaurant in Cortona, but ultimately always chose to eat in the dinning room, and we were never disappointed. The wine, food, service, ...all outstanding. Oh my, the rooms, sheer indulgence, the views, the linens, the daily treats left for our enjoyment, the accessories, space & lighting options in the powder room. On arrival, flight was delayed and train from Rome delayed but lovely lady on the front desk offered to stay until nearly 9pm so she could check me in which was hugely appreciated after such a busy day travelling! The room is big and airy, very tidy with a comfortable bed. Location is perfect being only a 30 second walk from the main Piazza.
