"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"We cannot recommend this listing enough! So many accommodations and activities to do, it honestly felt like an oasis that we never had to leave for our 4 day stay with our two young kids!!! The kids absolutely loved all the outdoor fun but also enjoyed the puzzles and activities inside. At night it was so so nice for us to enjoy the hot tub and sauna and have our own relaxing time. We cannot wait to go back, it was so relaxing!"

"I stayed in the hotel section-not the historic building. I realized that the historic rooms only have a claw foot tub and you must share a public shower. I wasn't up for that on this trip, but maybe in the future. My stay in the hotel was fine. The room was basic and clean. It had a comfortable feel to it."

"The WiFi is as awful In our original cabin. They were willing to move us which provided better internet but the room did not have the same number of beds we had previously and the toilet didn’t flush. There were also REALLY bright exterior lights that we could not turn off. It was frustrating. It wasn’t “off season” but it felt like these were issues that should’ve been fixed before summer."

"Lean freshly painted rooms, helpful staff, lean towels upon exchange, offer in room. The only down side to this trip was the fire alarm going off at 1:30 am one morning. New system being put in and it sounded at 1:30 am. After calling the manager, it was turned off 15 minutes later. Other than that it was a good price for a comfortable clean room"
