"This was my our first time at a bed and breakfast. It had a nice cozy home feel. It was decorated beautifully and had a billiard room, library, and theatre room. There were hundreds if not over a thousand of movies to select from to watch either in the theatre room or in the comfort of your own room. The owners who live on property were wonderful and very accessible. We come through Beaumont, TX every 3-6 months and have found our new “home away from home”. Lumberton is about 10 miles north of Beaumont and is well worth the drive. "

"Everything was perfect. My only criticism is that there was only one microwave to use for the entire complex and the bacon crumbles for breakfast were disappointing. Other than that this was a wonderful stay"

"The room was very nice, we loved the kitchenette. We brought some frozen cooked food along for our destination, and loved having a separate freezer compartment in the fridge to keep everything frozen overnight."
