The main issue with cleanliness of the room, such as dust on the lampshades and some staining in the bathroom. With the hotel itself is in an accident location and a lovely environment.

Extremely difficult process to get in the apartment building. If your phone battery dies you have no way to get in the apartment. Also elevator is a tiny little thing which can barely fit single suitcase and one person at a time. We had 2 bedrooms and one if the bedrooms air conditioning was broken and they did not do anything about it. Also communication to the property manager is difficult and has to go through app.

"Une nuit passée entre Terre de Singes (nous sommes arrivés vers 16h30 / fermeture à 19h en été) et Terre de Lions (ouverture à 9h30)… et les lions promis étaient au rendez-vous vu de notre fenêtre et sur les côtés de l’hôtel. L’hôtel est très calme et le personnel est top. Le restaurant peu paraître ..."

"Dream castle is good close to disneyland and has transportation to and from the hotel to disney. Clean and we were accommodated to have our rooms available earlier since our flight was in the morning. Staff is nice and very helpful"
