"The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. "The room as well as the elevators were dirty!
A large group of young people from USA arrived to Hotel and there was a lot of noises, screaming, out loud music even late evenings but administration did nothing to calm down.
Swimming pool and Gym open only from 10:00 am to 5 pm

"We had very bad experience with the owner of the apartment. We were there for about 2 hours and could not find out who is the owner of the apartment and could not get the keys. When we contact Expedia to force cancel the reservation, someone came with very bad attitude. We final didn't stay there. "

"Very nice place. Cleaned and organized. However few things must be addressed.
1. Wood flooring across the resort must be replaced or repaired. Nails sticking out caused me step on them few times.
2. Air conditioner in the room works based on motion. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and I had to wake up and shake my hands few times for it to start working again. Not fun at all !!!
