Highly unorganized place, the staff seems to be chaotic and does not know their job. Even after repeated requests they do not provide best service, the housekeeping left the door of our room opened, which we noticed in the evening when returned. Do not recommend to any body, at least who all will be coming with family, a strict no no. The staff does not know how to process or Cascade a given information. Double charged me for my stay, refund still awaited.

The hotel was in a great location to take in the Canada Day celebrations at the Forks. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

I was impressed with the properly for one night before travel it was perfect including on time shuttle at 4 am and lovely helpful driver too . I would definitely stay there again and great addition is the chop steakhouse next-door. It was pouring rain and we just walked through the hotel and had the most incredible dinner. We stayed for 7 nights at club regent hotel. This place needs a complete Reno. The rooms smell really bad. Also there was an odor of sewage thought out the hotel. I asked about it and the lady told me it had to do with some kind of disinfectant that made that smell. The first room they put us in smell like really bad from maybe smoke or other stuff. The 2nd room it’s smelled like water damaged a very musky kinda of smell. The food at the restaurant was brutal. We only ate there one time and the food was cold. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this was a hard one to find anything positive other than it is a convenient location. Also the shampoo and body wash barely worked on the wall. You had to pound the bottom to get a very small amount. None of those things worked at all. If you don’t like a smelly hotel , poor Food service, and very poor amenities please book elsewhere.
