We got a great upgrade to an apartment. It was so hot in Montpellier and our A/C was fantastic. The staff was very nice and helpful. They also sent some super informative emails in advance of our stay. The location was also great.

From the outside and on the first floor lobby, the hotel looks nice, but specifically our room on the 6th floor was in need of cleaning (carpet had multiple stains, remnant of mini fridge, but no fridge, AC not cooling, and WiFi did not worked). We only stayed one night so didn’t bother to say anything, but the Montpelier the city is well worth a visit.
