A small but cosy apartment with a private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, and double bedroom; it also features a fold-away single bed. The apartment is just a short walk from a supermarket, bakery, café, pizzerias, and many other amenities. The apartment is about 3 km from the sea; you can reach both private and public beaches, as well as the Ligurian and Tuscan coasts. Parking is available in front of the house in a private, unfenced lot. Bed linens, including extra sets of sheets depending on the length of your stay, as well as towels and kitchen linens, are provided. It’s an excellent location between Liguria and Tuscany, situated near beautiful villages such as Ortonovo, Nicola, Castelnuovo Magra, and Fosdinovo, just a few kilometres from the town of Sarzana—which boasts a beautiful historic centre—and a few kilometres from Monte Marcello Park and all the equipped beaches of Marina di Carrara, Massa, Lerici, and San Terenzo.
