the staff at the reception and the breakfast room was great. i did not rate the hotel well on cleanliness because it was under renovation so you had to cross that area with dirty carpet. also they have not changed the sheets at all at the hotel. the location is of course amazing close to almost everything. i enjoyed my stay despite the glitches i mentioned

Cute boutique hotel, very clean, convenient location, nicely cooled room with AC, digitally connected TV. I wanted to give them 5 stars on all dimensions, however I’m also pretty sure that I was bitten by bed bugs. It’s not the hotel’s fault as bed bugs is a common problem in Paris and they are extremely hard to get rid of. That said, fellow travelers need to take caution in Paris in general to prevent bed bugs from crawling into belongs.

"Absolutely perfect location for exploring Chartres. Very close to the cathedral and train station. Felt safe where it was. Enough of a selection at breakfast although the one member of staff was rushed off her feet trying to keep up with demand."
