"I travel frequently and this is the first hotel review I have ever left. I feel compelled to share just how fantastic the staff were - nothing was too much in all areas. I was given a room upgrade on arrival, the breakfast host greeted me by name, the Club lounge team were incredibly accommodating, the pool and spa staff were always friendly and helpful, the list goes on. Nothing was too much and I was shown flexibility and courtesy at all times - the whole service felt really personal. The food was incredible - a vast buffet of very high quality, and the afternoon tea was wonderful too. The beach, though small, was well maintained and the free kayaking was a lovely addition. Thank you Intercontinental Doha Beach & Spa - I will be back! "

"Your staff represent the St Regis Hotel brand, when they do it this well you must be delighted they work for you ! There can be few hotels globally that make you feel so welcome, the St Regis Doha Qatar is one of them. From the moment we arrived, the St Regis staff have gone above and beyond to make you welcome with impeccable levels of service throughout the hotel. The hotel room was amazing, with a nightly turn-down service. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge selection of beautifully presented dishes. I must mention Maged (Food & Beverage Manager) from breakfast at the Vine Restaurant who was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. We spent everyday by the huge swimming pool (biggest hotel pool in Qatar). A few staff members we must express our sincere thanks to who helped us poolside were Sahan, Hashen, Chathu, PD, Kendi Damith Satyam and Jane….. just brilliant staff, they are an asset to the hotel. Finally we give a special mention to Roula (Director of Guest Experience) who very kindly reached out before our arrival via WhatsApp to ensure everything was smooth then greeted us everyday checking we were happy during our stay. We leave this hotel today but 110% we’ll be back."
