"A great find. Right by the river and in the centre of Coimbra. A very unique hotel with some fabulously quirky design features. Very nice buffet breakfast too with great views of the river."
"Piece and quiet area. Comfortable beds. Delicious food and friendly personnel. Beautiful surroundings. Real hidden gem. Newly established. We will definitely come back! Thanks a lot!"
"For the money, it was a great hotel. Clean room, easy walk to Old Town. There were tons of restaurants to choose from in the old town. Free Breakfast until Noon! Not a fancy place, but the bed, room, and AC were all excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Very hilly to get down into town then back up, but what an incredible view. Right near the University. Great stay. Great breakfast, and a great dinner was had in the restaurant."
"All the hotel staff, and especially Helena, were friendly and helpful. The rooms are uniquely decorated in a cool and unique ‘marble library’ motif. The shower works great and the bed is comfortable. The location is convenient to the university and the rail station. One critique: the water closet is in a separate room (good) but the door and wall are clear glass, floor to ceiling (not good unless you’re an exhibitionist). "
