No assistance to find another place! We had just arrived in the U.K. from Canada for a 10 day visit and at 8:00 am find out we have no place to go! There had been NO COMMUNICATION with me on this reservation after I paid the rental fees. So, imagine my SURPRISE when arriving I find out they CANCELLED our reservation...
