"Conveniently located, pleasant and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Bedrooms don't seem to be made up nowadays, coffees etc not replenished so overall a high price for little more than an AirBNB."

"Pesäpallon Itä-länsi -tapahtuman takia Kouvolan hotellien hinnat olivat tapissa, joten oli järkevämpää tyytyä vajaan vartin päässä sijaitsevan Kuusankosken tarjontaan. Odotukset eivät olleet kovin korkeat "vain" kolmen tähden hotellin suhteen, mutta tämä hotelli ylitti kaikki odotuksemme. Respa tosin ei ole auki 24h, ja käsittääkseni jo sen takia tähtiluokitus ei voi olla tuon korkeampi. Aamupala oli suorastaan erinomainen, huone tilava sekä siisti ja palvelukin ihan viimeisen päälle....
