Just book it!

This place is absolutely incredible! Well equipped and close to everything. We even made a joke, no matter where we’re going, it’s no more than 5 minutes. Bed is really comfy and the team make sure you’re welcome! I highly recommend your stay there!

Stunning property with views. Everything was excellent. Lovely HUGE apartment fir our family. Just wish there had been a way to store luggage other than Central station prior to check in. There was no AC but the windows opened did allow cross ventilation. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent apartment! Spacious, clean, and all the amenities. All modern installations. Perfect for my family trip with two small children. I was eager to give this place five stars, but one major problem was that there is a balcony connected to one of the bathrooms that looks like it has not been cleaned in months and was full of bird droppings.

Great location

Lovely apartment very central location. Nice & clean. The glasses need replenishing as there was only 2 wine glasses be nice to put a few Prosecco glasses in too. We didn’t realise there were electric shutters on the windows till the last night so might be worth mentioning in booklet.

The property is in a nice central location and was very clean. However, the chemical smell from the cleaning supplies was so overpowering that I had to leave a window open in order to sleep but because there is a bar on the bottom floor it was very noisy which made sleep difficult until closing.

This apartment is in a great location close to everything, the free bus from the airport stops right outside and it was very easy to get into the apartment with the instructions given. It’s very spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need. Having two full bathrooms was great as we have two teenage girls plus there was a further separate toilet. The blackout shutters were great and the phone charger bedside the bed came in very handy.

The apartment is located in downtown Luxembourg City where there are many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance and city tram and bus stops right outside the building for convenient access to anywhere else we wanted to go. It is a 10 minute tram ride to the central train station and a 30 minute bus ride to the airport. The apartment had everything we needed and was a perfect fit for our family of four. I would definitely stay here again, if we return to Luxembourg.

Property in excellent location, clean, tidy. Areas of improvement is underfloor heating sustem was not working correctly and required engineers visit. However agents were amazing and bought in mobile heater the next morning. Also coffee was provided but no tea.. will be good to have tea bags as well.. other then that everything else was great.

A little difficult to find but once inside was a fantastic place. Room for our family to explore Luxembourg and enjoy family time in the living room. 2.5 bathrooms was very nice!

I thought this apartment was great. The only drawback is there are no real curtains that block the light in the bedroom. There’s an office building across the street that beams bright light into the bedroom all night. It was very difficult for me to get a good nights sleep, and I would probably not stay again for this reason alone.

Nice, but very noisy

The apartment itself was fine. It had what's needed for a short stay. The main entrance to the building stank of urine, but this was hardly the apartment owners fault. The smell was gone the next morning. The worst thing was the noise. I was on the first floor facing the main street and could hear the trams rattling by outside the window, the traffic, the busy bar next door and the street cleaners in the early morning. Boulevard Royal is a busy street and the apartment could really do with some noise insulation.
