"The apartment was beautiful and clean although the floor and walls could use a good scrubbing. Everything is very modern and well situated. Check in was a little difficult with the technology, but we got help via cell phone. Next day was a holiday so no one on-site. We missed our train and arrived after Jerome was off. The bathroom door was stuck open (apt 1.2) so for 4 women it was a little problem. It was fixed on Friday. "

"Smart flats is unmanned and has a online pre check in, which gives you codes for the doors. Location wise a couple of minutes walk from the tram. Parking is on street which was full. On arrival the front door was unlocked, the inner door and room door have a wireless cylinder type lock which some other guests have had issues with. (I tried the keyboxes first). "The apartment is located in downtown Luxembourg City where there are many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance and city tram and bus stops right outside the building for convenient access to anywhere else we wanted to go. It is a 10 minute tram ride to the central train station and a 30 minute bus ride to the airport. The apartment had everything we needed and was a perfect fit for our family of four. I would definitely stay here again, if we return to Luxembourg."

"The view is spectacular!! Our kids thought the place was amazing and we also enjoyed it. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. "Die Wohnung passt hervorragend zum Inserat, wir waren sogar positiv überrascht, wie großzügig die Räume sind. Toller Platz zum draußen sitzen und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Selbst den Grill haben wir nutzen dürfen und wir hätten auch die Möglichkeit gehabt, die Außentoilette zu benutzen. Top!! Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt! Kurze Wege in die wunderschöne Innenstadt mit tollen Restaurants, zum Bahnhof ist es ein kleiner Katzensprung und bis zum Schiffsanleger keine 10 Minuten....

"The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."
