Good location. Perfect for overnight stop. Staff were professional and friendly. Good sized rooms with all amenities. Would prefer walk in shower to over bath. Restaurant was expensive and the food was only lukewarm. Breakfast however was good with a good range on offer and good coffee.

The hotel is pet friendly with many guests accompanied by their dogs. Although the hotel is out of town the free bus service made travel extremely easy with the bus stop adjacent to the hotel. The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean.

Swimming pool was a let down as it was very cold and not the advertised warm water. The pool opens only at morning and evenings. The corridors to the rooms look dystopian from a 1970s movie. The carpets are run down. Breakfast is good but always very very busy. Too. Was good but dated. The building is rural on outskirts if the city but still they charge 15.50 parking. Bus service is every 30 mins and is most convenient way to go to city centre.

The room was clean, big and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The hotel is a small distance from the city centre but there is a 20 min bus that runs every 30 minutes from early in the morning till just after midnight.

Get the 4 bus from gare or hamilus to parc d europe- few min walk to hotel and can see the hotel when get off bus. Free cookie on arrival is a nice touch. Pool only open certain hours not all day. Clean room
