"no water when we checked in they said they will fix it camenin in two hours and it was still mot working. Also they claim there is wife but its a joke its always down and in the rooms it does not work at all. beds very uncomfortable and short (my feet are linint outside the bed and i am not even that talk) and stuff is unhelpful. worst hotel that I have ever stayed in philippines, stay away from thisnplace! "

"We loved this hotel, everything was great, room, food, location, staff. We really liked the mall which belonged to this hotel, many stores, nice restaurants and much more!!! Can only recommend!! "

"Main issue with the hotel is that i booked a junior suite for 4 people. When we got there they said it inky had 1 queen bed and we would have to pay 1500 pesos for a second single bed. So my other child had to sleep on a tiny sofa. Even when i showed them the booking they said i should have known it would only sleep 2!!!"

"The room I was in was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was kind and very attentive. It is a trek from all the tourist attractions downtown Manilla but very close to malls and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I would add on the extra for the breakfast buffet; it is worth it. "
