Naples City Centre6 nights3.0 star property9.2/10 - Wonderful (397 reviews)"The staff was very friendly. You see their office every time you enter or exit the hotel, and they were always nice and waved. We used the complimentary coffee machine one time, and the cappuccino it made was okay, but convenient. The room itself was large and modern. It was very clean."Reviewed November 2, 2026Return • Shannon (SNN) - Naples (NAP)SNN - NAP • 1 stop NAP - SNN • 1 stop€1,839€1,652found 1 day agoper traveller - De Bonart Naples, Curio Collection by Hilton

voco Nola Naples Vulcano Buono by IHG"Hotel was hard to find as someone traveling from out of country. Walked the mall several times and ask multiple people but no help. Update description of location to help locate. Old Holiday Inn in mall. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Room was horrible and view sucked. Do not recommend."
Palazzo Murat Luxury Rooms
Palazzo Murat Luxury Rooms"Easy check-in and nicely appointed room, the bed was cozy and the shower was nice and hot. I didn't opt for breakfast but would probably recommend it, not too many places open in the morning around there, but plenty of bars and restaurants in the evening. Staff was super welcoming and gave me a glass of prosecco and potato chips on arrival, and speaking English was no problem for the staff I interacted with. Highly recommended!"
"The girl in the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was fine. The rest was uncomfortable to say the list. We stayed for one night."
"There was minimal contact with staff and very few directions or instructions for room access and other hotel features. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lights in the hallways were almost always off. Had to use the mobile phone flashlight on one occasion."
"in general the staff are available and give you a family feeling "
"Great location and staff, very responsive to requests. Will definitely stay again"
