"Magnificent. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. The place is in the center of Bew Haven, within walking distance of great restaurants and Yale University. Great stay!"

"I couldn’t even stay there. The place reeked of cigarette smoke. Then I spotted a roach crawling along the wall beside the bed and in the bathroom floor. Took a video and showed the front desk clerk, she said a manager would come talk to me…no one ever came or called. Ended up checking out and was told I’d be refunded. Trust me…you do NOT want to lay your head anywhere near this place!"

"The room needs new updated furniture. The rugs need to be replaced and the toilet is much too low. There should be rubber bath mats in every bathroom so not to slip in the shower. More untensils should be supplied in the kitchen. The fan needs to be fixed because it makes too much noise."
