-Dogs will be crated when owners are not present (we have a large dog crate available for your use!)

-Dogs are up to date on all flea & tick treatments. (proof provided upon request)

CLIMATE CONTROL: Central heat and air. Guests can control their temperature with a thermostat in the hallway.

PARKING: circle drive + driveway w/ EV charger (6-7 cars)

HOUSE RULES:

1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING within 25 ft of a doorway of the house. We will impose an additional fee if our cleaning staff smells smoke after your stay.

2. NO EVENTS, GATHERINGS, OR PARTIES. No outside visitors are allowed on the property without the permission from hosts PRIOR to your stay. We reserve this home for our confirmed, overnight guests.

3. WE ALLOW WELL-BEHAVED DOGS (up to 2) for an additional pet fee of $100

3. QUIET HOURS from 10pm-7am to respect the neighbors.

4. FOLLOW ALL POSTED HOT TUB RULES. Keep cover locked for safety and do not leave children unattended.

5. Please FOLLOW CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS in the Guest Manual before departing. (we're not going to make you clean, we promise!)

This house definitely felt like home away from home. It was very cozy with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Every home has its little quirks but there is nothing negative to say about this stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect spaces for 6 adults to hang out when not sightseeing or attending the wedding. House was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great communication and ease in checking in/out.

I cannot say enough positive things about this property. Well maintained, clean, spacious, and comfortable. If I had any “complaints “ it would be that the main bedroom is very bright in the mornings because of the French doors not having a curtain along with the blinds.. not a huge deal breaker. It was a lovely, affordable property and I would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful Property

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed for our family of 6. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Plenty of parking, linens, and towels. Dishes were plentiful and of good quaility. My favorite part of the home was the screened in hot tub. It was so relaxing to doak and listen to the birds and rain. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great house!

This is a great property, very close to Liberty University and the Wards Road retail and restaurant area. The home was clean and well appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. Extra details such as board games, books, and throw blankets were a nice touch and contributed to the cozy atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again, and are disappointed that our next LYH dates are not available!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the location as well as the property itself. Immaculately clean and organized. Kitchen was well stocked, including a basket of snacks. It’s obviously a well cared for property and we would definitely stay there again!
