Mountain Inn Studio 53 with Wintergreen Advantage

Hotel style guest room located in the Mountain Inn near the Blackrock Village Center and walkable to the ski slopes and Resort dining. One King bed and one Full Bed with kitchenette. All accommodations involve stairs getting into the units. *No Elevator* This unit has 18 stairs for access. Each unit is individually decorated reflecting the preferences of the private owner. *All efforts will be made to honor the selected accommodation; however, circumstances may require an alternative unit assignment at check-in*

Adequate property/bait and switch by VRBO

The property, in and of itself, was satisfactory. My issue is with VRBO. When I was doing a search of available properties, the VRBO website identified the specific locations of these properties within the Wintergreen Mountain Inn. Or so I thought. I selected a property specifically because it was identified by the website as being in a particular part of the building. Upon checking in, it turns out the property was on the complete opposite end of the building, near where a trash compactor was located and where deliveries were made. Suffice it to say, it was loud. It made for a less than enjoyable stay.
