The pool looked nice from what we could see because both on Friday night and Saturday morning it was full of small children, their parents, and instructors we couldn't even get close! When we asked about 5pm at the desk on Friday how long it was rented for, we were told till at least 8pm. Needless to say, we were unable to use the pool our entire stay!

Grant my server at breakfast most days was amazing.
Very pleasant and calm when he was really busy one day. He checked in regularly. Made suggestions and I felt well cared for. I think he was exceptional! Please let him know Joanne said so!

Each time I went to the desk there was no one there. I spent 2 night there. the maids never came to my room and replaced the towels I had used the day before. The food at Revel restaurant was really bad. The server did ask would me and my guests wanted to return and replace the food. We decline and left.

Th rooms smelled of bug repellent and they charged me twice saying that I was a no show when I did show up AND I called to let them know that I was checking in late and they said they would just check me in. Awful service
