"i typically stay at name hotels like Marriott and Hilton. however, if you are looking for a hotel where the room is clean, everything works, and the price is reasonable, this is the place for you. you don't have a bar or lobby, but i was so happy with this place. The breakfast was also good. Very close to Estes Park is a plus."

"This property has a massive lawn in the backyard we had 100 of Elks roaming around, such a mesmerizing view. Breakfast was okay.. rooms were clean, with all the toiletries and linen. Kids play area , pond and the backyard is such a bonus. Minutes away from the center of estes."

"The only drawbacks to the property during our stay were that one of the elevator banks wasn’t working and the air conditioner vent in the bathroom had so much dust and lint on it that it appeared it had not been cleaned in a long time. Looked unhealthy and just nasty to look at. Otherwise, the staff was helpful and our room was clean."
