I accidentally booked our stay for the wrong about of people and they were able to easily fix it, they also helped with early check-in/check-out. "We had a great time at Hotel Estes. The room was clean, the view was great, and my kids loved the pool and hot tub! Breakfast included is not something you see in this area very often, and we were grateful for it. Selections are limited, but the hot oatmeal and hard boiled eggs gave us the protein and energy we needed for the Rockies! The kids loved the all day popcorn and the evening smores too. All staff we interacted with were so nice and helpful- they all really went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again! Don’t skip out on eating at Antonio’s pizza around the corner- delicious!"
