"We came into town for my grandsons graduation and couldn’t have picked a better house for all my grandkids. The property has an amazing pond on it and the kids fished all day catching many fish! They were over the moon!! The house was just as described in listing and in pictures and all of us has plenty of room. If we are ever in College Station again, we definitely will stay again. Jeremy also was very quick to answer any questions that I had before we arrive."

"The property was perfect. Clean with a well stocked kitchen. Coffee and tea provided. I enjoyed mornings and evenings in the screened porch bird watching. Really loved the place. It just feels peaceful. It is situated in a convenient location to easily get to places in Bryan or College Station. And it is in a cute, quite neighborhood."

"We stayed at this gem for a Brenham baseball tournament. The location was great, very central to where we were playing. The house was very clean, had everything we needed (especially the laundry room). It’s small..but super cute, the beds were super comfy and the AC was blasting cold air (a necessity after hot Texas summer baseball). We will definitely book again for future tournaments in the area."

"Overall, we had a great stay. The house was in great shape in the interior. We had a few issues, but overall the host was responsive. The listing had mentioned a hot tub, but there was not one present. The host was unaware that it was listed on VRBO as having one. I couldn't ever connect with the Wifi, but after it was reset, my husband was able to. I still couldn't receive phone calls. The space was perfect for what we needed. Lots of cute personal touches. You can tell the owners really care...

"The house from the outside is so cute, with a huge new porch added on. The inside is decorated very simple, but very attractive. We loved the black & white tile, and then the dishes that matched. Beds were very comfy and the temperature that had been set felt wonderful. We loved everything about our stay. ."
