"My experience at this hotel was average. In terms of cleanliness, the room was reasonably clean, and housekeeping made the bed daily. However, I found hair that did not belong to me on both the towels and in the shower, which is something that should definitely be improved. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. However, I believe some team members could benefit from additional training to provide a more consistent guest experience. Breakfast was one of the biggest disappointments. Although guests are given a menu with five options, those options must be paid for separately. Guests whose stay includes breakfast are only offered one breakfast option, which is basically eggs and nothing but eggs. There are no alternatives such as fruit, waffles, bread, cereal, or yogurt, which are commonly available at most hotels. On a positive note, I would like to recognize the excellent service provided by the bartender. The young man who attended us while we watched the basketball game was very attentive and friendly. We had to watch the game in the bar because the channel was blocked in our room. My main concern was with the billing process. I made my reservation through Expedia, but the hotel charged me again upon arrival. I am currently waiting for a refund and sincerely hope it is processed. Otherwise, I would have ended up paying approximately $530 for a room that originally cost around $260. Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, particularly the friendli"

"It was a nice townhome and we enjoyed our stay, however there were a few issues. For example, many of the light bulbs were out so it was kind of dark, one of the toilets kept running very loudly for about 30 minuets after you flushed, there were a lot of ants by the front door, and the remotes all didn't work so you couldn't use every TV. If they fixed these issues it would be a lot better."

"This property was perfect for our multi-generational family for a wedding weekend. The host answered my questions ahead of time about accessibility so that I could be sure that my elderly mother (who uses a walker) would have a bedroom on the first floor (2 bedrooms on the first floor) and be able to get in and out of the building easily. From the rear (where parking was) there was only one half step up! In our down time, we enjoyed hanging out in the den visiting or watching movies/playing video games (our console) on the big TV. The kitchen was well equipped and we could make a pot or single cup of coffee with the keurig (we had both regular and decaf drinkers, so this was helpful!)."

"The property is gorgeous, I loved the 2 big family rooms with t.v. The outdoor space is amazing, we grilled many times, and the pet friendly policy was one of the main reasons we chose this place. The host answered all my questions and she was very friendly. We would definitely come back!"
