"Rooms were clean, food was nice freshly cooked, all staff were really friendly & helpful. Drinks selection on the AI were ok but you can pay 50% for any other drink. "

"Easy self check in, location right in the heart of town, decent size room and en-suite, nice to have bottled water provided even better if there had been a fridge to keep it cold. Only problem was the electric box above the door was humming/buzzing all night so I didn’t get any sleep!"

"It’s an amazing looking hotel, lots of period features in the main building and nice views over the gardens. Our room was in the ‘new’ block. It was a good size, bed was comfortable, kettle, iron ironing board hair-drier all there. It did feel a bit tired though, especially the bathroom and it took a couple of attempts to get the shower hot. But it all seemed clean and for the price we paid I was happy enough"

"I had booked the wrong date of my stay, but was made to feel welcome and luckily could accommodate us that night instead. The room was clean, spacious and airy. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The parking although small was available. The breakfast was fantastic such a great choice and lovely cooked food, and prompt service. Great location to the beach, shops and restaurants- will definitely be back thank you."
