"My family recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. One of the biggest issues was that housekeeping never showed up throughout entire stay no cleaning, no fresh towels, no trash removal. This is unacceptable for a hotel stay of this length.
