Not sure why they cannot plan and execute what they promise to deliver. We don’t stay in these hotels to be ignored or receive a mediocre service."

Borderline slum, easily escaped by uber/taxi but don't expect any pleasant stroll. For a longer stay in Mumbai something more central is preferred over this property which is 20+min away from central and 30+ min from fort areas respectively."
