The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. "This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Aigua Oliva. The place is so serene and was the perfect relaxation getaway. The owners and hosts are super friendly and personally take the time to make sure everything is well. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool is amazing. It is also close enough to lovely Spanish towns nearby for dinners and night activity. Would completely recommend the hotel for a relaxing getaway"
