Enjoy a pleasant vacation in South Limburg in this cozy furnished vacation home in Gulpen. This typical Limburg half-timbered house is within walking distance of the center with cozy terraces, restaurants and stores. Also a supermarket, bakery, butcher, ice cream parlor and even a subtropical swimming pool and mini golf course are within walking distance. The pleasant garden is fully fenced, making it suitable for a vacation with dogs. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the second floor is the spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace in the middle. The living room is equipped with a dining area and a seating area with a TV and various books. On the second floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed apart. On the second floor there is a bedroom with three single beds.

Directly from this beautiful vacation home in South Limburg, the possibilities for walks, bike rides and excursions are endless. From here you can cycle to Kasteel Hoensbroek and the picturesque town of Valkenburg, where you can take the cable car to the Wilhelminators or visit the amusement park De Valkenier with your children. Other nice excursions from this vacation home in South Limburg are Snowworld and Mondo Verde in Landgraaf, GaiaZOO in Kerkrade, the Drieländereck in Vaals and the Kasteelpark Born. Walk through the nature reserve Brunssumerheide and enjoy the cultural cities of Maastricht, Liège and Aachen.

Objekt war nicht Wintertauglich - Treppe gefährlich

Das Objekt war nicht Wintertauglich. Die Heizung hat lediglich nur den ersten Stock ausreichend versorgt. Küche und Bad im EG waren kalt - ca. 16 - 18 C -. Bei schlechter Haustürissolierung ein großes Problem bei Aussentemperaturen um -2 C. Die Treppe zum 1. Stock sehr steil und die Stufen sind sehr knapp, sodass man nur seitlich rauf und runter laufen kann. Auch für Haustiere - insbesondere Hunde, mittlerer und großer Statur - nicht geeignet. Da die Treppe dies nicht ermöglicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schwierig. Späte Reaktionszeiten, z.B. nach ca. 4 St. als die Heizung ausgefallen war. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt im Objekt nach der Hälfte der gebuchten Zeit abbrechen. Die Rückmeldung des Veranstalters hinsichtlich unserer Reklamation, ist nach 48 h immer noch nicht erfolgt. Das ist einfach nur grausam!!!
