The airport shuttle was ridiculous. Every time we phoned the hotel they put us on hold or hung up. We had 3 people trying and one was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally called the main office and was put through to the hotel desk. We had our bags at the airport at 3:30 and finally reached someone ...
