"Breakfast was decent- however very busy and would run out pretty quickly - Wasn’t a fan of the self service check in - whats happened to face to face communication- it says to use it if your in a rush- however seemed to be the only option as we were directed to it- don’t mind using it for checking out but would be nice to feel like your at a hotel. Staff weren’t very friendly "

"Overall the rooms are bit outdated, well maintained and clean, however lack of charging points or power points on both sides of the bed is not up to today’s standard. I’ve asked for late checkout at check in and been told there is no option. After few attempts I’ve been allowed to stay 30mins longer and received call at exact time to leave the room."
