Well the hotel it’s self is beautiful I found the staff lacking especially on my last day there. On a day with just 5 guest in bar area staff ran around while I sat at the bar trying to place an order. Very disappointing. Especially since the closest restaurant in walking distance is 23 minutes. Hope they receiving training on the values of being the face of the hotel. Truly pretty sad for a tourist driven country.

Loved the decor of the hotel and furnishings in our room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good transport to the airport by courtesy bus. This will now be our hotel of choice in Sydney.
