This one is all about location. The breakfast was okay but not fantastic. The room was small with NO COFFEE. Not many amenities but the staff was helpful and pleasant and you are steps away from the Uffizi and tons of great restaurants.

Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.
In order to reach the hotel office there were 30 stairs before reaching a rather small elevator. We also had to descend a dozen more stairs to get to our room.
Room was great and the staff and breakfast were excellent.
