The property was great and the staff was amazing!!!

Hidden charges, slow service and no housekeeping. For a “vacation resort” it fell short of the mark but a decent hotel with a pool. Rooms were great but service was sub par and the hidden fees and charges for everything will have us looking elsewhere for lodging when in the area.

The room was clean the bed was fantastic. it’s being managed by someone new. I met two lovely young women who were professional, and I was felt very like taking care of by their professionalism and their position there at the hotel, I have a problem though with one guy who is the consistently been there every time I’ve been there in the last two years nighttime late night guy a jerk rude nasty pretends to help does not. I call when there’s a plumbing problem he doesn’t call back. He doesn’t send anyone. He talks over me every time now. It can’t be just me that would be impossible. Absolutely impossible. There’s a plumbing issue that they need to clean those pipes out and have them well and pipes get old that means everybody spit vomit skin whatever else is going down the sink food in the bathroom turns into a sulfur type chemical, which when you run the water that sulfur chemical comes up into your face, it’s not healthy. It’s actually it’s poison so every time you turn the water on brush your teeth wash your face here comes the Poison. What’s the point look into it first of all look into the guy I deal with the smelly pipe for the rest of my life, even if I lived there if you subtract that idiot at the desk at night now I can find out his name. Hes not a nice new guy. He’s been there for a while and he he used to say about the other employees that they were bad he would say untrue bad about themthats bad for busin

Great location to visit Disneyland. We booked a studio king bed with a pull out for our daughter - it’s better to just get 2 queens as the pull outs like most are not that comfortable. The front desk staff made it right for us though!

Our stay was good! We didn’t spend much time at the Inn due to our long Disney days but it was nice to come back and relax in a nice place. It’s about a 10-20 minute walk to Disney depending how fast or slow you walk. After a long day at the parks it was nice to be so close. We enjoyed the time we spent here. It was clean and well maintained. Our room was close to the pool and hot tub which was also a plus. The beds were decent and we felt like we got good sleep. Would recommend staying here for a budget friendly, nice place!
