Property was clean, small breakfast (included) area but there was always a seat. You could also go to their larger hotel Nextdoor if you like but was not necessary. Staff were all friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Located within 20-30 minutes walking from all major monuments except Vatican City (50 min walking, 25 by train).

We stayed for nine nights we enjoyed the location. It was close to the bus stop stores, restaurants, and historical monuments. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous we had our cleaned and made up. Our room was quiet and we did not hear too much on the street even though it is in a centralized location. The check-in process was very easy as they communicate communicated with us prior to our check-in. They all take them bags to the room.
