Good hotel and was central. Everything was walking distance. Rooms were kept tidy and had cleaners in daily. WIFI was hit and miss. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection on offer. Would definitely stay here again.

1er bémol, le personnel de la réception ne sait pas gérer les demandes de la clientele par exemple, présentation du sire, des activites offertes, et offrir un sourire.
2e bémol, une odeur de puisard est apparue dans la douche de notre chambre qui aura pris 2 jours a régler.

Overall, my experience was okay. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming.
However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several times to have glasses on our table cleared.

"poor breakfast, you must ask five time to get coffee or milk, only for few guests were Orange Juice availible, only one day an egg, bred ist two days old, etc. etc. The location is o.k. but it isn't a 4 star hotel!"
