"Very spacious King corner room with balcony over the water. Comfortable beds, very clean, mini fridge is quite big and handy for storing food items, balcony lovely for morning coffee. Excellent location, next door to a small market, and just a 5 min walk to train station with a Safeway, Shoppers, and many restaurants. Only lost one star because sound proofing not the best, we could hear the next room’s television until 1:30 am (don’t think it was really that loud) and there is a TikiBar next door on the pier which can be a noise disturbance to light sleepers on a weekend night if your room is on that side. I was good with ear plugs but if you can’t sleep with any noise, I would suggest a room on the other side of the building. Other than that, I would definitely stay again and do recommend this hotel."

"This was a great place to stay while we explored Surrey and Burnaby. The room was clean and ideal for our family of 2 kids, 2 adults. Breakfast was really good compared to what BW's in the US offer. The staff were helpful and friendly and we even got a welcome goody bag. Can't say enough good things about this place."

"From the moment we arrived, this hotel impressed us. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made a point of addressing me by first name, which was a lovely personal touch. The woman who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I had caught her name because she truly made a great first impression and deserves a shoutout! Being a brand new property, everything felt fresh and immaculate. Our room was spotless, and the views of Mt. Baker from the lobby and rooftop were breathtaking, especially during sunset. A special shoutout to Alejandra, who assisted us during breakfast. Her kindness made the morning meal a highlight of our stay. Also worth mentioning for those who are dairy-free, the coffee bar had oat milk available, which is something you don’t often see at hotels. A small but thoughtful touch! My family and I used it as our home base while spending time around Vancouver and Richmond, and it worked out perfectly. If you’re planning to visit those areas, it’s well worth staying here. Just be prepared for a short drive. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again!"

"Myself and 3 friends had a short stay in Delta. We were wedding dress shopping and wanted something close to New West. This property was super cute and kitschy - it has a small putting green and hot tub - just a few cute little amenities that make it unique. Lovely eating area so we could sit around and catch up. Host was great, communication easy! and the check out is quite late - so thats a plus! Would recommend!"

"Street parking was pretty easy, host was responsive when I reached out about something, space was nice but very limited use of kitchen so don't count on having real access to a kitchen for meal planning during your stay, is roughly a half hour drive from Vancouver and is a pretty easy drive"
