"Very nice property with food and drinks with in walking distance. Very nice."

"X"

"It was a beautiful place, although we had to check out same day cause somehow they had something wrong with air conditioning that we had to check ourselves to another hotel."

"This hotel is in great value for money, there is parking and supermarket and restaurants and near transportation"

"Breakfast was excellent and customer service was really nice."

"top hotel"

"Loved every minute of this stay!! The hotel was clean, smelled great and amazing staff members. I will stay again."

"Only thing I don’t like was the area Saint Denis. Past that, Courtyard is wonderful and highly recommended!"

"I didn’t stay at this property never checked in I am waiting my refund.. Per the Hotel Manger and Expedia… "

"Room was cool"

"Okay"

"Was very good, lots of pastries for breakfast and all you can eat, great room big tv and big bed"

"The room was awfully small no room for anything no where to put your luggage, no hand towels, only one towel when there was 2 people.."

"Good place to rest, except that the room amenities are just basic."

"Really nice place for a break. Very convenient,"

"Good value for the price. It was right by a walking path that takes you easily to the RER station. The staff seemed to take a very long time to deal with things and line was slow but it was fine."

"The property needs better maintenance and repair. The staff are accommodating and nice. For example, one overnight staff prepared breakfast to go for 5 people at 4 am on two separate days."

"They were very accommodating! Let us check in early without charge! Called us a cab when we needed it as well. Very friendly and welcoming! 10/10"

"The property is conveniently located near the metro stations"

"The room is very small, which is typical of Ibis Budgets properties. When we arrived, we had to make the top bed ourselves. We stayed for 6 nights and they did not come check our room to clean or give fresh towels one time. The drain in the shower was also very slow causing lots of water to fill up the shower. Other than these minor issues, the hotel felt safe and clean."
