In the centre of Madesimo, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 250 m from the skiing area, west facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Single garage (extra) at 200 m, public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant 100 m, bar, café 200 m, bus stop 300 m. Chair lift, ski rental, ski school, children's ski school 250 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Andossi - Giardino Alpino Valcava, Lago d'Emet - Pizzo Spadolazzo, Sentiero del Cardinello, Val Febbraro. Please note: no lift. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.
