In the centre of Madesimo, residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the skiing area. Private: small garden (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: sauna, hot tub, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars, extra) at the house. Grocery, supermarket 50 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop. Chair lift, ski school, children's ski school 100 m, cross country ski track 1.5 km, children's playground 150 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 45 km. Hiking paths: Andossi - Giardino Alpino Valcava, Lago d'Emet - Pizzo Spadolazzo, Sentiero del Cardinello, Val Febbraro. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Charachterful chalet in Madesimo

Baita Barin is an old and distinctive house, comfortable and very well equipped. The house is literally opposite the supermarket and a two minute walk from the chairlift, yet quietly located. Skiing in Madesimo is also very enjoyable: excellent pistes and very quiet on working days. Downsides to the house are that it is quite dark and somewhat noisy.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa splendida Baita, perfettamente accessoriate e munita di ogni comfort. La struttura è molto accogliente e pulita. Eccellente per la sua posizione strategica vicina sia agli impianti sciistici che ai negozi. Torneremo sicuramente.

Schönes rustikales Ferienhaus. Wirkt etwas kleiner und dunkler als auf den Bildern, aber das ist wohl persönliche Ansichtssache. Nichtsdestotrotz war es sehr gemütlich. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer möglich. Der beworbene Whirlpool war leider kaputt. Eine Kaffeemaschine fehlte auch. ☹️

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Kombination des Hauses aus dem 15. Jahrhundert und z.T. neu renoviert war einzigartig. Ein jeder Raum hatte seinen besonderen Flair. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir leider nicht genutzt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist eine fehlende Kaffeemaschine für 8 Personen. Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ich habe allerdings nur 3 Schlafzimmer gezählt (dafür aber auch 4 Wohnzimmer). Es gibt keinen Backofen (nur einen Grill in der Mikrowelle). Das Kochfeld hat Induktion, das Kochgeschirr ist aber größtenteils aus Aluminium (=inkompatibel).
