"They are cheaters ...no 24 hrs check in ...nothing... simply they don't respond after booking and moreover they delete hotels .com conformation mail from their mail box.... they don't respond for phone calls.if you visit morning for check in they will ask extra money otherwise 12 pm check in...luckily that time hotels .com people also close everything to help this cheaters...i think these people have also share in this. whom you are going to ask...already lost money ...waiting outside of the...
