_This vacation style waterfront home is located in Eidelweiss Village on Middle Pea Porridge Pond. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this home will accommodate up to 8 people. Enjoy the views and fresh air accented by the large windows and glass doors leading out onto the wrap around deck over looking the water. This helps in making this home’s open living area, bright and cheery. Relax by the water in your own back yard or walk over to the private village beach next door, where you will find a basketball court, wide open beach with partial sun and diving raft._


AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dishwasher, DVD player, VCR, cable TV, woodstove, foosball table, gas grill. high speed internet, canoe, 1 person kayak, deck furniture: 4 chairs with dining table and umbrella and assorted beach chairs. Box fans, standup fan and small fan.


FIRST LEVEL: living room, dining area, kitchen, and full bath.


SECOND LEVEL: bedroom with queen (sleeps 2) and flat screen TV, bedroom with 1 set of bunks and 2 twins (sleeps 4), and full bath with shower.


FINISHED BASEMENT: family room with full p/o queen sofa(sleeps 2), twin and soccer table (sleeps 1), and bedroom with queen (sleeps 2).

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.

Downfall on place is WiFi is bad, keep getting bumped off if more than 2 people online. Bedroom in basement, queen size bed, not very private as it has a wooden shutter separating the bedroom for the living room area. It would be better if queen bed was upstairs and twin beds and bunk beds were in that room. House is well equipped, but lacks a washing machine, which would be a huge plus.

Our stay at Mancuso Property was awesome!! They had everything there...just like being home! The weather was perfect. Not too hot or cold. The only thing missing was a washer and fire pit!! Thanks!! Would highly recommend staying here to others!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been renting through Select for many years.We always stay in Eidelweiss Village. This was my third time renting Mancuso. The house is a great location next to the beach. House is pretty well set up. Could use updates on twin mattresses, they are like sleeping on springs. The toilets sweat alot, and the set up under the toilets with sponges was still allowing water to pool on the floor. The pull out couch downstairs is in rough shape when you open it to use as a bed. My family always enjoys our stay here. We bring our own kayaks, even though the house does come with a canoe and kayak. House also has beach chairs and swimming noodles. House is always stocked with basics.
