The water backed up in the tub; did not go down. Very unsanitary when showering. Maintenance came but did not have a snake to unclog it. He just planned to pour down "draino" which is not advisable when you're on the upper floor. It will mess up the pipes. He did not do it so we experienced the backed-up tub again in the morning! Shower handle was also loose and came off!

My room was very hot..the a/c wasn't working.. I called and they came to fix it but it was still the same... My kids and I was complaining the whole time.It was too hot...

These are very old rooms. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the rugs are stained in the room. For the rate you pay I expected newer/cleaner.
It’s close to MetLife but you can not walk anywhere. You have to drive or shuttle everywhere.
